Intersoft Development, Inc. (IDI) was incorporated in 1995 as an Internet Software
Development, Custom Software, Database Solutions, Web Design, and Business / Technology Consulting
After many successful years of providing services to IDI clients throughout the USA, in 2013 Mike Eberhart (CEO) made the decision to shift his priorities and focus his talents elsewhere — as such he began to ramp-down IDI.
Mike proceeded to apply his own expertise in MS SQL Server, software development, and technology to writing Technology Blogs and pursuing other misc technology R&D and OSS (Open-Source Software — e.g., GitHub projects) endeavors for enjoyment. His plans ultimately included retirement and no longer administering IDI.
Therefore, due to the official retirement of the CEO, as of Mid-2018, Intersoft Development, Inc. will be completely closing down its operations and will cease to exist as an Ohio Corporation. This forthcoming corporation dissolution was originally announced on this website in early 2017 when such plans were initiated.
